First year student Tirna Connors will represent Ireland at the European Karate Championships.

First year student Tirna Connors has been selected to represent Ireland at the WUKF European Karate Championships in Sheffield from Wednesday the 16th of October to Sunday the 20th of October. We all wish Tirna the very best in the competition, everyone in the Ard Scoil will be rooting for her!

Monday Night is Bingo Night

Our excellent Parents’ Council continue to run the very successful Bingo night on Monday nights in the school’s senior hall. For an enjoyable night out with great prizes come along to the Ard Scoil on Monday nights!.

Sports

Training is underway after school for football and camogie and the first years have had a cross country run with Mrs. Ashe. Some of our students are very busy indeed with school, club and county commitments.... More news next week.
